Elle UK, Hearst's fashion brand, has appointed AOL's Phebe Hunnicutt as its new digital director.  ()

Channel 5 has hired Luke Duffy, the head of broadcast at Aegis Media, to the position of head of trading, replacing Andy Atkinson, who left at the end of 2012. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Rani Raad has been promoted to executive vice-president and chief commercial officer of CNN International, responsible for its ad sales and marketing activities. ()

Ketchum UK CEO Avril Lee has stepped down with immediate effect and is to leave the agency in April after 10 years. The CEO role has been taken over by Ketchum’s Europe chief CEO and UK chairman, David Gallagher. ()

Matt Lambert, a former Microsoft director of corporate affairs, has quit Betfair after a year to join controversial shale gas exploration company Cuadrilla. ()

Lance Concannon joins Harvard as head of digital and Chris Ewens as head of campaigns and content, reporting to agency managing director Louie St Claire. ()

Richard Brookes, senior press officer at City Hall, London, has joined News International as head of corporate affairs. ()

The Parole Board's comms head Tim Morris has been poached by Linstock, which is expecting a boom in police PR. He will head up the agency’s newly established criminal justice practice. ()
