has appointed the Brazilian André Laurentino as its executive creative director, replacing Mark Hunter who left the agency in December to join the Lowe & Partners-owned agency Deutsch in Los Angeles. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

FMCG giant Unilever has appointed Paul Nevett as global vice-president for the Unilever Brand. Nevett will report directly to Unilever’s chief marketing officer Keith Weed. His current position, vice-president marketing, foods for the UK and Ireland, will be filled by Hazel Detsiny. ()

Zoopla, the property website, has appointed Charlotte Harper, former managing director at Match.com, as its first marketing director. Harper will report to Doug Monro, chief operations officer. ()

Pepsi Lipton International has appointed Bruno Gruwez as its new managing director and Unilever's Anuradha Chugh as marketing director of its Western Europe division. Gruwez will report to Stanislas Auber, general manager for Pepsi Lipton International. Chugh will report to Gruwez. ()

Media  


MediaCom has lost its digital managing partner, Stefan Bardega, who has joined mobile creative agency ubinow as managing director. Bardega joined WPP's MediaCom four and a half years ago as digital strategy director. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)  

ITV has appointed Kelly Williams as director of TV sales and Simon Daglish as director of multiplatform and partnerships, and has announced the departure of a number of senior commercial executives including group commercial director Gary Digby. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

LBi has promoted managing director Anil Pillai to chief executive of the UK. Pillai will take over from  Ewen Sturgeon, who retains responsibilities for EMEA. Phil Gripton, Bigmouthmedia UK managing director, will take on the role of managing director of both LBi UK and Bigmouthmedia UK. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Managing director Martin Bowley has resigned from Digital Cinema Media, the cinema sales house jointly owned by cinema chains Odeon and Cineworld, to pursue other opportunities. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Mindshare has promoted Jo Lyall to the new role of head of integration and partnerships. Lyall will report to Mindshare's managing director, Ita Murphy. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Interpublic has named Universal McCann global chief Matt Seiler as chief executive of its media and marketing group Mediabrands. Seiler will leave his current position as UM chief executive with immediate effect to take on his new role. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

PHD has restructured its senior management team, promoting Daren Rubins to the role of chief executive. Rubins steps up from managing director, while Philippa Brown, previously the chief executive, will focus on her wider role as the chief executive of Omnicom Media Group UK. Arena Media, the Havas media agency, has appointed Sarah Heyworth as its head of planning as part of a wider management restructure. Heyworth joins the agency from MEC. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Telegraph Media Group (TMG) has appointed Stephen Rand to replace Dave Wilcox as agency sales manager. Rand will work closely with a number of TMG’s key media agencies, and will report to Nick Hewat, group sales director. ()

Former ITV chief operating officer John Cresswell has been appointed to the position of chief operating officer at communications infrastructure and media services company Arqiva, replacing Tom Bennie who is leaving to pursue other interests. ()

News International has promoted senior trading manager Lee Gibson to the role of Times Newspapers' head of trading, replacing Liam Reynolds. Gibson will report to Dominic Carter, News International's trading director. ()

Damien Evans has been appointed to the new position of global trading director at Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG). He will report to Matt Blackborn, executive director, global client operations. ()

Global Radio has appointed Christopher Thorogood to the new role of director of digital, following the departure last year of Robin Pembrooke, group director of online and interactive. He will lead a team of 50 and report to Stephen Miron, global group chief executive. ()
