Bellon is no stranger to Historic Royal Palaces, having previously worked at Kensington Palace.
She said: "Having known Rosemary and her team for the past four years I'm thrilled to be joining them. I'm really looking forward to the opportunity of working with clients and suppliers, new and old in such a stunning venue."
The Tower’s Jewel House has recently had its capacity increased to 150 for pre-dinner drinks receptions.
