Total Media has been appointed to handle the £1.5m Cosmos Group media planning and buying account and will work across the holiday group's four divisions - Avro, Cosmosair, Archers Direct and Cosmos Tourama.
Total Media will work on trying to boost awareness of the brand among the 18 to 35-year-old age group.
Cosmo plans to highlight its independent, family-run status in order to try to stand out against bigger competitors.
The agency works on a variety of travel accounts including Iceland Air and Stena Line.
