Tories produce ad attacking Labour 'debt crisis'

LONDON - Euro RSCG has produced a high-profile ad campaign for the Conservative Party, highlighting Labour's "debt crisis".

The campaign, with online film and poster executions, features a new-born child, and carries the strapline: "Dad's nose, mum's eyes, Gordon Brown's debt."

It makes the claim that every baby born today is entering the world with £17,000 of debt, thanks to Labour increasing the national debt.

Launching the campaign, the Conservative leader, David Cameron, said: "I want this poster to be the start of something – I want it to be the start of our country changing it and putting it right."

He said that the poster execution would be shown at 260 billboard sites across the UK.
