The World of Top Gear will be held at the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, the New Forrest, and will incorporate a special display area featuring vehicles used in the show's challenges, including their amphibious cars and their attempts at creating unique limousines.
Fans will also be able to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the show, with stories from the presenters, and interactive clips from some of the best moments over the years.
Adam Waddell, managing director, Top Gear at BBC Worldwide said: "The exhibition is a world-class first for us, giving car enthusiasts a terrific immersive experience at one of the UK's most historic and best-loved homes."
The National Motor Museum's commercial director, Stephen Munn, added: "We are delighted to be working with Top Gear. The Top Gear brand is a natural partner for the National Motor Museum, and shows how Beaulieu is as interested in modern motoring as it is famous for preserving motoring history."
