The news that Cadbury is on the look out for a new Milk Tray Man… or Woman, got your attention this week. The brand has kicked off an integrated campaign, which will see fans be able to apply for the role themselves, or nominate a friend for the position. The winner will be required to participate in both advertising and marketing, including personal appearances at events.

Fans of Back to the Future will be pleased to hear that Pepsi Max has teamed up with Universal Pictures and Empire Cinemas to host an immersive screening of Back to the Future II on Future Day (21 October). The event will also feature a replica of the Café ‘80s scene that featured a 'futuristic' Pepsi dispensing machine.

Food creative’s Bompas & Parr will be transforming The View from the Shard space into a winter wonderland in November. The experience will feature theatrical ice crystals, frost and snow drifts, as well as a range of edible creations by Bompas & Parr, which will be be available to purchase.

Cola-Cola hosted a pop-up in London for its Freestyle beverage dispensing machine last weekend (10-11 October). The World of Choice pop-up, which was situated at Greek Street, Soho, invited those who had downloaded the Coca-Cola Freestyle app to take advantage of the brand’s unlimited beverage offer, and mix and match drinks, including Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper and Fanta, to achieve their desired combination.

Unilever brand Dove travelled to three major shopping centres in the UK this week (13-16 October) as part of its Be Real tour. The branded bus visited the Bullring in Birmingham, Liverpool One and Westfield London, with passers-by invited to stop off at the bus to discuss what makes them feel body confident, with responses shared on social media. There were also opportunities for free mini-manicures and hand massages, using Dove’s DermaSpa product range.
