Titan publishes last Dreamwatch issue

Titan Magazines is closing its monthly sci-fi, fantasy and horror magazine Dreamwatch after 24 years, because dwindling sales and weak advertising made the print edition unsustainable.

The 150th issue, currently on sale, will be the last edition of the magazine, which mostly covers film and TV franchises.

Titan is keeping the brand name online with the launch of Dreamwatch's first dedicated website, www.dwscifi.com.

The site will feature news, reviews and features alongside archive material from the magazine.

Dreamwatch does not record an ABC, but recent issues are understood to have sold fewer than 10,000 copies, less than a third of the audited circulation of Future's rival title, SFX.
