The deal will mean Tiscali's advertisers can run pan-European advertising campaigns across seven countries - including Italy and Germany - with only one, UK-based contact. The network claims more than 20 million unique users and one billion page views a month.
Gianfranco Ludovici, head of international sales and operations, has been promoted to become the initial point of contact for any UK-based media agencies wanting to plan campaigns across Europe.
Tiscali said it was looking for other premium partners to extend its reach to more countries and relevant target groups.
