The second phase of a campaign from Time to Change encourages young people to support their friends through mental health struggles.
One in ten young people will fight a mental health problem in any given year, according to the charity.
Short films by Ogilvy & Mather London share advice such as "reach out" and "listen, don’t judge" if a mate starts acting differently. The campaign highlights that you don’t have to be an expert to be in your friends’ corner, and it will include resources for secondary schools and parents. It was created by Liam Butler, Mark Harrison and Mathias Trads Olesen at Ogilvy. The films were directed by Felipe Torres Urso through Burning Reel.
The first instalment of the campaign called on men to help their friends with mental health issues.
