– Following a review of its advertising, RHM has invited three of its roster agencies to pitch for its Mr Kipling cakes business.

Incumbent agency, Grey Advertising, will not repitch and the fifth roster agency, AMV BBDO, is to resign the Robertson's account later this month.

In a statement RHM said it is expecting to make a final decision on its agency line-up by spring 2000.

The three agencies pitching for the Mr Kipling account are D'Arcy, which already handles Hovis for RHM; TBWA GGT Simons Palmer, which handles Sharwood's; and Saatchi & Saatchi which handles Bisto.

The review follows a restructuring of RHM's business earlier this year. It was handled by the search consultancy, Agency Insight.

Media will continue to be handled by BBJ Media Services, which is unaffected by the review.
