The fluffy and purple Jackson is the face of Three’s new movement #MakeItRight, which aims to put an end to rip off charges and deliver the best value for customers, including using mobile phones abroad at no extra cost.
To bring Jackson to life for staff, integrated marketing agency ran a day of experiential activity in Reading, Glasgow and Maidenhead.
Staff had their photos taken on green screens with character, accompanied by cheerleaders and various props such as umbrellas and ice cream cones, which feature in the new TV commercials. Three's TV advertising campaign kicked off on 5 June.
Vicki Blenkarn, head of internal communications at Three, said: "We’re creating a movement to ensure mobile phone customers connect with Three and can see all of the things we are already doing to challenge the industry and make things right for our customers. This movement is led by Jackson and we wanted to bring him to life for our teams and have a bit of fun."
Hayley Lawrence, head of events at Brand & Deliver, added: "We wanted to have some fun with the workforce at Three, while at the same time informing them about the company’s biggest campaign yet."
