
A source has confirmed that all relevant staff are currently being made aware of the potential sales of the three magazines.
Those included in consultation include Park Home & Holiday Caravan's editor and advertising manager, Alex Melvin and Sue Chambers respectively, Ships Monthly's editor Iain Wakefield, and MiniWorld's editor Monty Watkins.
It is understood that more than one publisher has shown an interest in the titles.

It follows IPC's launch of a strategic review in April, as it looks to invest more in its core multi-platform brands.
A spokesperson for IPC Media said: "I can confirm that arising from the strategic review of IPC’s specialist titles, we are in consultation with staff on a number of brands."

The publisher is also witnessing an executive restructure in addition to its portfolio filtering, with news last week that Sylvia Auton is to return to her previous role as chief executive of IPC in January.
Current chief executive Evelyn Webster is to take up the role of executive vice-president of the lifestyle division at Time Inc, the parent company of IPC.
