House of Vans is to host a one-off event at its venue in celebration of International Women’s Day on 8 March. It has selected a handful of Vans Girls Ambassadors to host the In Conversation With… event, within the venue’s cinema complex. Attendees will be treated to complimentary drinks throughout the three-hour event, as presenters including Lotte Anderson, creator of West London club night Maxilla, discuss their career paths and ambitions.

Young’s Pubs and Geronimo Inns will be continuing their Six Nations Players at the Pump series of events, in collaboration with children’s charity Wooden Spoon. Featuring a series of rugby legends, next Thursday will see former England Rugby Union player Lee Mears pulling pints for patrons at the Duke of Clarence pub in South Kensington.

Cocktails in the City
Cocktails in the City is returning following its successful Summer Edition. It will take place across four floors of One Mayfair, with an international bars section and a rooftop whisky bar, hosted by London restaurant Coq D’Argent. There will also be a whisky and chocolate pairing workshop with Johnnie Walker, Talisker and Haig Club, with Rococo Chocolate. The Robin Collective will be offering breathable booze and alcoholic sorbets and ice creams in its liquid nitrogen bar.
