The biggest feather in this Frenchman’s cap, though, is turning around Innocent from steep decline to double-digit growth.
Since joining Mars in May 2012, his main focus has been the launch of Maltesers Teasers in a £4m push to reinvigorate the chocolate block category. He previously gained solid FMCG experience during stints at Walkers, Danone and Unilever.
