Apple's iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS will be on offer to Tesco customers from £20 a month for a 12-month contract. However, users will have to buy the phone for £222, but will receive a £60 flexible credit to spend as they choose each month.
Customers who want a free iPhone 3GS 16GB will be able to pick one up when they sign a 24-month contract for £60 a month and will receive unlimited calls, texts and browsing.
