Meet the new Tesco family. There's Jo, the mum (played by Gavin And Stacey's Ruth Jones), Roger, the dad (played by Ben Miller from The Armstrong & Miller Show) and Freddie, the son (played by the newcomer Will Close).

This is Bartle Bogle Hegarty’s first major campaign for Tesco since being handed the account earlier this year. It nods to the brand’s old ads with Prunella Scales by highlighting Tesco’s extra services and deals through light-hearted vignettes of a family doing their weekly shop. The work was created by George Brettell, AK Parker, Matt Moreland and Chris Clarke. It was directed by Daniel Kleinman through Rattling Stick.
