
This win and recent ones with clients such as Proctor and Gamble, Virgin and Carphone Warehouse has allowed Bluehat to expands its team, and the firm is now recruiting.
Bluehat managing director Tim Shepley said the firm's emphasis on "communication, motivation and performance-related outcomes" had won it recent business.
"Clearly at times like this of dramatic change companies realise that one of their most challenging priorities is to create a stable and rewarding environment for employees so that the organisation can continue to perform effectively," said Shepley.
Bluehat is forecasting that it will show a 30% growth in 2009.
