The agency, owned by the Omnicom Group and partnered with TBWA Worldwide, has appointed Teresa Harris as a strategic planner.
She joins from Maritz Communications, where she held the same title and worked on clients including Barclays, Renault and Vodafone. Also joining the agency is Lucy McKenzie as a junior data analyst. She was formerly a marketing analyst at OHAL.
Kate Holloway has been promoted to the role of strategic planner after joining the agency three years ago.
Elston has joined Tequila from the agency Alphabet, where he was planning director. He said: "The new appointments to the customer insight group shows our commitment to providing clients with a full range of integrated services from one agency.
"This is a newly-created group within the agency, which reflects our forward-thinking approach to delivering innovative and inspiring campaigns."
