Telegraph.co.uk will receive a fee for every job filled through the site.
Kim Fletcher, editorial director at Telegraph.co.uk, said: "Hotrecruit.com is a good fit for us, and makes the experience of job searching more enjoyable.
Even if users are just reading about becoming a shark-feeder rather than seriously considering it, it offers some light relief.
"We have international career site partners, but have to be careful that they don't infringe on our offering,
he added.
Hotrecruit.com launched in May 2000. It is aimed at 16- to 28-year-old students, graduates, young professionals and overseas travellers looking for skilled and unskilled work.
"There are more than 1.1 million people placed in temporary work each week in the UK, and the contingent workforce now forms the core part of the UK's labour market,
said hotrecruit.com chief executive Harvey Sinclair. "The deal with jobs.telegraph.co.uk lets us expand our reach to those young professionals looking for temporary or part-time work."
Jobs.telegraph.co.uk already partners with executive job site www.businessfile.co.uk, which offers senior management roles.
