The new programmes, made in conjunction with news broadcaster ITN, will expand Telegraph TV beyond news and factual, and into subjects such as politics, food, culture, travel and motoring.
The programmes can be viewed at www.telegraph.co.uk/tv.
Among the new TV programmes, politics show Right On will feature MP Ann Widdecombe and Simon Heffer. Loyd Grossman will front cookery show 10 Minutes To Table, while The Culture Minute will be presented by The Daily Telegraph's arts editor, Sarah Crompton.
The batch of new programmes follows the launch last year of Telegraph TV shows; News Now, On This Day, Fantasy Football, Hilary & Co and The Business Show.
Edward Roussel, digital editor of Telegraph Media Group, said online news services would in future be based around a combination of text, video and user-generated content.
He added: "This development is a major step in that direction."
The Telegraph TV service is supported by ITN and online video provider Brightcove.
