LONDON - Spanish telcoms company Telefonica is to buy the 50% of GMG Endemol it does not already own from Guardian Media Group.
The agreement, set to be announced later this week, values the production company at 拢60m. Telefonica acquired the other half of the company through its 拢3bn acquisition of Endemol Entertainment last month.
