The company is expected to include the Courage portfolio of bitter brands it acquired from Scottish & Newcastle in January as part of a consolidated brief in its hunt for a new agency.
The intermediary AAR is currently handling a pitch for the Courage brands and is likely to be involved in the expected pitch for Team Saatchi's Wells & Young's brands.
Team Saatchi has worked on a number of Wells & Young's brands during its 13-year relationship with the client, including creative work for the main Bombardier account and other beers brewed under licence by the company, such as Japanese lager brand Kirin and Jamaican brand Red Stripe.
The advertiser is also expected to call a review of its £5m media business by the end of July.
The advertiser currently uses Publicis agency Equinox Communications for Bombardier, and Monkey Communications for Young's.
Monkey recently planned and bought a £2m outdoor campaign for Young's to run in major cities.
Sources suggest that Wells and Young's is considering putting all of its brands into one media agency.
The brewer was created last year when Wandsworth-based Young's combined its operations with Charles Wells, based in Bedford.
Sophie Hooper, managing director at Team Saatchi, said: "We've enjoyed working with Wells & Young's and we wish them the best. Sometimes these things come to an end and it can't be forever."
