"Lift" was created by Michael Barker, Chris Bovill and John Allison.
It promotes Five's latest run of movies, focusing particularly upon The Last Action Hero, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The spot features a man in a lift talking in the style of a voiceover from a Hollywood film trailer, chronicling the action he's looking forward to seeing on his television. The ad was produced by Alison Cummins and engineered by Nick Angell from Angell Sound.
This month's runners-up were "Jimmy", M&C Saatchi's ad for Transport for London, and St Luke's "stopover" execution for Travelocity.
"Jimmy" was created by Toby Allen and Jim Hilson, produced by Estella Alvares and Ronae Snow, and engineered by Sam Robson via Space.
"Stopover" was created by Matt Janes and Vic Polkinhorne, produced by Jessie Middleton and engineered by Ben Leeves out of Saunders & Gordon.
This month's Aerial Awards, in association with 北京赛车pk10, were judged by Mim Sorrentino and Madeleine Morris of Leo Burnett.
They said: "Our favourite is the Five campaign, with Dave, the 'Hollywood voiceover man'. We loved the way the ads poked fun at big blockbuster movies while acknowledging how addictive they are. Funny, engaging and more than a little bit silly."
