Opening in the Royal Festival Hall’s shop, the store has been designed to showcase the company’s Birthday Collection, made of fifteen reworked pieces from the archive. Classic and seasonal jewellery will also be available to purchase.
The space will also act as a venue for weekly drop-in jewellery-making workshops, which will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-7pm. Here the Tatty Devine team will be instructing guests on how to embellish a Perspex charm with Swarovski crystals.
The pop-up will be open from 12-8pm every day. Alongside celebrations in south London, the brand will be creating a party atmosphere in its Brick Land and Covent Garden stores on 6-7 September, with sweets, giveaways, photo booth-style experienes and other birthday celebrations.
Harriet Vine and Rosie Wolfenden, founders of Tatty Devine, told Event: "Tatty Devine's month-long residency at the Southbank Centre is a great opportunity for us - it's such an iconic institution and feels like the perfect place to celebrate 15 years of Tatty Devine. We are looking forward to bringing the Tatty Devine experience to a whole new customer."
The company has previously launched pop-up ‘Name Necklace Now’ shops in Selfridges stores throughout the UK.
