The outdoor food and drink festival will take place at Iveagh Gardens and will feature 20 of the city's top restaurants including Bon Appetit, L'Ecrivain and Diep Le Shaker, which will be serving up samples of their signature dishes.
Ireland's Michelin star chefs will be showing off their award-winning culinary skills alongside top class international chefs and Taste of Dublin stalwarts Ross Lewis and Derry Clarke in the Chef Demonstration Theatre.
The Wine and Beer Academy will offer visitors the opportunity to sample and sip with the experts.
Altogether 100 carefully selected food and drink exhibitors will be showcasing their products.
The event is expected to attract 30,000 guests over the four days.
