
The mobile operator has briefed Elvis to oversee work including point-of-sale and store design across its 255 UK retail outlets, as well as develop experiential activity.
The business moves from Iris, which parted company with T-Mobile last December. Its direct and online account will remain with Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW).
The latter portion of work was picked up by digital-TMW last January. T-Mobile had originally approached agencies with plans to consolidate its below-the-line activity, but now appears to have decided to retain a roster of direct shops (Marketing, 11 December).
Last month, T-Mobile and Orange launched a joint six-month trial in London of a mobile-TV service featuring 24 high-resolution TV channels and 10 digital radio stations.
T-Mobile declined to comment on the appointment of Elvis.
