Quintus will handle the marketing, sponsorship and implementation of the London 2006 Superset series to be held in Wembley Arena. After a further deal with Superset, events will be held across Europe and North America.
Superset is an innovative one-day tennis format that pits eight of the world's best players in a head-to-head one-set match with the eventual winner taking home a £250,000 prize at the end of the day.
The event has secured high-profile players including Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, Tim Henman and Andy Murray.
Past sponsorship partners have included Nike, Gateway, Microsoft Xbox, Tag Heuer, Infone and Earthlink.
The last tournament at Wembley Arena in London 2004 was shown live on Sky Sports with highlights on BBC One's 'Grandstand' and to more than 100 countries worldwide reaching as many as 400m viewers.
Peter Worth, chief executive of Quintus, said: "The new series of events are set to become the Twenty 20 of tennis in an attempt to not only bring something fresh to the tennis community but also appeal to a new audience."
Edward Freedman, chief executive of Superset Tennis, said that the global tennis community had embraced the inaugural Superset events in the US and UK.
"We are rewarded with the opportunity to make Superset a permanent fixture on the tennis calendar. We are delighted that Superset's energy-charged format has been adopted by an experienced and professional company such as Quintus," he said.
Quintus was formed in 1991 by IMG consultants Peter Worth and Anthony Bouchier.
