The free weekly, published by ShortList Media, announced today that the TV cook will oversee its 7 December edition.
It will feature recipes and editorial content centred on food and entertainment.
Stylist's publisher, Glenda Marchant, said: "Following on from Stylist's bi-annual glossy fashion issues and this summer's dedicated Paris issue, our collaboration with Nigella is yet another unique publishing initiative from the Stylist brand.
"A bumper edition pre-Christmas, this is also the perfect opportunity for food and drink advertisers to try the title for the first time."
Stylist, which was launched in 2009, has an average issue circulation of 424,000 copies, up 3.3% year on year, according to ABC data.
ShortList Media chief executive and founder Mike Soutar helped vet candidates in the interview round in Sir Alan Sugar's BBC hit show 'The Apprentice' last month.
