The branded taxi has been dubbed the ‘Mani-Cab’ and Stylfile is encouraging Londoners on social media to hail the vehicle if they spot it. Those who manage to track down the cab will be able to receive their destination fare for free and swap an old nail file in return for two of the brand’s curved files.
The stunt has been designed to promote Stylfile’s two new products, which will be launched by inventor and The Apprentice 2011 winner Tom Pellereau at an event at Waitrose in Canada Place Mall today. The stunt is being handled by agency Frank PR.
Pellerau said: "The Mani-Cab is a great way to thank the British people for their support and allow them to try my latest inventions, the new Stylfile Infuse and ManiPro. Just keep an eye out for the Mani-Cab around the city and, if spotted, jump on in and pay for your fare with an old nail file."
