The tie-up will see acts uploading their music videos to 7digital's Indiestore.com for the chance to get their music exposed to Sub.tv's 1.8 million-strong audience.
As well as increasing their reach, successful acts will get to sell their music as downloads via Sub.tv.
This week will see the first act go live alongside professional music content shown on Sub.tv's network of 800 TV screens in 100 UK universities.
Sub.tv carries advertising local to each university in its network.
