
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the Westminster Suite was previously used as an overspill area for breakfasts.
The space will now be used as a private dining facility alongside the hotel's other function rooms, including the 180-capacity Exeter Suite.
"With Covent Garden and some of the capital's best theatres easily within walking distance, the hotel has traditionally been considered a leisure destination, but we are seeing this mix shifting, with an increase in corporate events and business visitors in the past year," said the hotel's general manager David MacRae.
