STOP PRESS: Woolworths considers axing comedian from ads

Woolworths is considering axing comedian Paul Kaye from its brand advertising after just six months. The retailer, which will update the City today on its Christmas trading performance, confirmed it is discussing with ad agency Bates UK whether to renew Kaye's contract for its Easter ad campaign.
