Digital consultancy Agency.com is set to lay off around 35% of
staff at its London office, as part of a global redundancy programme
that will see 25% of employees shed worldwide. Its chairman and CEO Chan
Suh and co-founder Kyle Shannon have agreed to sell their shares to
Seneca, the new holding company being formed by Omnicom.
