Former Flextech executive vice-president David Cuff is being tipped for the role of Ofcom's adjudicator on ITV advertising disputes. Others still in the frame include ex-Starcom Motive vice-chairman David Connolly and ex-ZenithOptimedia managing director Greg Turzynski. Former GlaxoSmithKline ad director John Blakemore appears to have been ruled out. A decision is expected by the end of November.
