Smith joins from Interbrand/Innocence where he has won a number of awards including a D&AD pencil for his work on Orange.
The second creative hire is senior designer Mike Dorian who joins from Fishburn & Hedges.
The hires come as the agency moves into its new Soho home and bring its strength up to 60.
Smith and Dorian join the agency following a successful 2003 and reassessment of the company's future direction and integrated approach, and the agency's growth in digital media, branding, communications and marketing internationally for clients including the BBC, Hertz and Royal Mail.
