
The free weekly ceased publication last month following the collapse of its French parent company, Sport Media & Strategie.
The magazine will be distributed throughout London from 12 June. Nineteen of the magazine's staff are expected to stay at the title, including its editor, Simon Caney. Managing director, Greg Miall is expected to leave the magazine, but stay on during the transition to the UTV offices.
UTV Media is thought to be integrating the Sport sales team with its TalkSport commercial team. The new unit will be rebranded under one name and headed up by TalkSport sales director Adam Bullock.
