In her new role, Hunter-Ekins will head up all senior client partnerships within the business and will be responsible for the company’s annual performance.
Alec Samways, previously CEO and managing partner at , will now take up the role of CEO and head of creative strategy. He will be responsible for the development of agency and client strategies.
Hunter-Ekins said: "Over the past eleven years I’ve seen Splendid Communications grow from a team of five to fifty and develop from a PR agency to an integrated one offering PR, search and social, experiential, creative design and business strategy for leading brands.

Earlier this year Splendid Communications appointed Gavin Taylor as head of performance, in a bid to lead the way in the communications industry by adding enhanced digital performance expertise to its existing creative offering.
Taylor is responsible for growing the company’s digital performance capabilities and advancing the use of data to formulate SEO strategy, insights and measure campaign success, strengthening the agency’s integrated offering.
