
The experience will be located at Potters Fields Park on the banks of the River Thames on 3 and 4 July. It promises to showcase a fusion of Italian and British cuisine through live demonstrations and evening dinners within an intimate candlelit setting.
Guests will be encouraged to ask the chefs questions throughout their three-course meal, which will be complemented with a range of fine Italian wines.
Howard, chef and owner of The Square, will host the first two evening events on 3 July, while Randall of Theo Randall at the Intercontinental will take over the space on 4 July.
Chris Denney will host a lunchtime service throughout the afternoon on both days. The British head chef, currently based at Four to Eight in Covent Garden, promises a menu of Italian-style tapas fused with British ingredients.
A stylish alfresco space will house the lunchtime diners. Alongside the food, Denney will also take to the stage alongside Mark Moriarty and Jamie Coleman, the winner and runner-up of .
