In a deal brokered by Manning Gottlieb OMD, a series of animated films will run on MTV's music channels from later this month to promote the launch of brand extension EyeToy Chat.
EyeToy Chat is intended to build on the success of the EyeToy, which allows players to see themselves in games onscreen and enables gamers with broadband to see and speak to each other.
The animations will highlight a competition offering a personal shopping trip and £500 spending money. They will be supported by an online campaign.
