Sodastream sponsors Inside Soap awards

A cocktail of soap and fizz is on the cards after drinks company SodaStream nailed the deal to sponsor the 2004 Inside Soap Awards.

Sodastream will sponsor the Best Actor Award and will have the sponsorship strapline - "Family Fizz at the touch of a button!" at September's bash.

Richard Horne, UK sales director of Soda-Club Group said: "It’s a great opportunity for us to be associated with another family favourite and rekindle our relationship with British households."

Anna Butlin, ad director at Inside Soap, added: "We are thrilled to be working with SodaStream for this year’s awards and we have put together a really exciting sponsorship package."

Retail partner activity, presence and sampling at the Awards party, branding and four pages of creative advertorials in Inside Soap magazine complete the package.

Now in its tenth year, 13 gongs are up for grabs at the star-studded bash to be held at the Atlantic, central London on 27 September.

Ladbrokes is the official bookie for the event - a sponsored box on the magazine's nomination pages directs punters to a website where they can have a flutter on their favourite soaps.

Inside Soap posted 182,161 readers in the latest report by the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
