Sibley replaces Kevin Razi who has left the company to spend time with his family and to pursue personal projects.

In his new role Sibley will manage MTVNI's global clients, directing advertising sales, sponsorship strategies and creative solutions across channel brands including MTV, VH1 and Nickelodeon.

Sibley has been managing director of MTV Networks Australia & New Zealand for four years. He has grown the portfolio to include MTV, MTV Classic, TMF, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr in Australia, and MTV, Nickelodeon & Comedy Central in New Zealand.

Prior to moving to Australia Sibley was based in London as senior vice president, international marketing partnerships. He joined MTV Networks Europe as head of sponsorship and event marketing in 1996.

Razvi has been executive vice president and managing director at Viacom Brand Solutions International since January 2007.

Prior to joining VBS International he was executive vice president of CNN and is a former deputy managing director of WPP media agency Mindshare.

In a move that surprised many in the industry, MTVNI closed its award winning ad sales division Viacom Brand Solutions in the UK at the end of 2009 and transferred its ad sales to BSkyB's Sky Media.
