Shortlist ABC debut below half a million

LONDON - Shortlist, the free weekly men's title, is to publish a debut ABC of below 500,000 with insiders predicting it to be 35,000 shy of this target.

Shortlist ABC debut below half a million

Mike Soutar, chief executive of Shortlist Media, said that the half a million figure remains the magazine's target circulation and that the title is on track to meet this goal by the end of the year.

The magazine is planning to introduce orange Shortlist-branded anoraks and hats for its distributors in order to gain greater stand-out in the increasingly crowded free magazine and newspaper market. According to Soutar the 'spring, summer Shortlist attire' has been introduced because the exisiting blue anoraks were easily confused with those worn by City AM distributors.
