
ITV's games include all the team's home qualifiers for the tournament, as well as all England's friendly fixtures.
The agreement, which was brokered by Sharp’s media agency, Media by Design, covers all ITV viewing platforms, including broadcast, online and mobile.
The new deal builds on Sharp's sponsorship of ITV's coverage of England's qualifier against Montenegro and the friendly match against France at the end of last year.
The next game on ITV is a friendly against Denmark next Wednesday (9 February).
Sharp became a sponsor of Euro 2012 in September.
