The agreement, which lasts until 2010, will grant Setanta Sport exclusive broadcast rights to fights involving including Joe Calzaghe, Enzo Maccarinelli, Alex Arthur, Kevin Mitchell, Gavin Rees and Matt Skelton.
The deal builds on an existing relationship that has seen a number of fights involving Warren's fighters aired on Setanta in the past year including Joe Calzaghe versus Mikkel Kessler and Enzo Maccarinelli versus David Haye.
already has exclusive live broadcast rights to Joe Calzaghe's eagerly awaited light-heavyweight clash with Bernard Hopkins this month.
The satellite broadcaster will also air live coverage of Alex Arthur's WBO super-featherweight title clash with Joan Guzman in May in addition to Kelly Pavlik versus Gary Lockett in a World Middleweight title clash in June.
