Venables and Redknapp will join Angus Scott and former England and Liverpool winger Steve McManaman in the Setanta studio. Jon Champion and Ex-England footballer Chris Waddle complete the on-air team as commentators.
Venables was the England manager from 1994 to 1996 and took them to the semi-finals of Euro 1996. Redknapp is the manager of Premier League team Portsmouth, which won the FA Cup in May this year. Redknapp was tipped in some quarters for the England job until Fabio Capello was appointed in January.
Setanta will broadcast exclusive live coverage of England's friendly against Czech Republic on Wednesday and the 2010 World Cup qualifying fixtures against Andorra, Croatia and Belarus.
Trevor East, Setanta's director of sport, said Venables and Redknapp were the best English managers to comment on the national side and were a coup for Setanta.
