Media Contacts Paul Frampton, head of digital, has been named managing director across both businesses; managing director John McLoughlin becomes chief operating officer, and head of data and direct, Dan Hagen, becomes strategy director.

These changes are said to reflect the continuing emphasis at the Havas Media-owned companies on creating the "optimum environment for delivering integrated media solutions to clients".

The newly promoted leaders mean a group of 10 managing partners  now runs both businesses, led by chief executive Marc Mendoza.

In addition, the account teams on all shared MPG and Media Contacts business have been integrated. All now report to a single business director who has responsibility across both off and online channels.

Kelly Parker, Charlotte Steel and Gavin Laisby have been promoted to business directors within the UK, while Anna Gracie takes on the business director role within the international team. Other changes include Tharien Pieterse moving to the new role of head of performance within the digital team.
