Secret Cinema will transform a London location into the suburban town of Hawkins, Indiana, for a production of Stranger Things in November.
The brand is collaborating with Netflix to create its first experience based on a TV series.
The production launches on 13 November and will run Wednesday to Sunday evenings until the end of December, with additional matinee performances due to the series' popularity with a young adult audience.
Secret Cinema Presents Stranger Things will recreate key backdrops from the Indiana town plus its supernatural dimension of "The Upside Down". In addition to creating fan moments from the three seasons, the experience will include new storylines, characters and locations.
Fabien Riggall, creator of Secret Cinema, said: "Stranger Things is a magical and wonderful creation that takes the audience on a ride into a dreamlike 80s wonderland. We are really excited to bring the format of Secret Cinema into the Duffer Brothers' richly created world.
"We believe passionately in bringing people together in a physical environment away from their screens and this is the perfect world in which to launch our TV strand. Be prepared to be relocated to Hawkins."
