
Historic Royal Palaces hosted its annual gala dinner at Banqueting House on 1 April, with more than 300 guests in attendance.
The supplier produced a three-course menu for the evening, marking the 15th consecutive year that the company has catered for the event.
The menu included:
- liquorice infused rump of hill lamb
- sweet potato dauphinoise
- purée of broad beans and scallions with ruby port
- honey jus for main
- raspberry and vanilla crème brulee tart with green apple and ginger ice cream for dessert
- tarte au chocolate with cardamom and pistachio panna cotta and mint cream to finish
Guests included employees from M&G Investments, Dow Jones International, The Financial Services Forum and Merrill Legal Solutions.
