LONDON (Brand Republic) - Scottish Media Group has increased its stake in Scottish Radio Holdings to 27.7% after buying a further 2.8% stake in the company for £14.6m.
SMG bought 644,000 ordinary shares on Monday and 275,000 shares yesterday at 1587.5p each.
SMG鈥檚 27.7% stake in Scottish Radio represents a total of 9.1m shares.
